Born and raised in Guam and proud to call Southern California home for the past 37 years, I bring compassion, loyalty, and a strong work ethic into every client relationship. Before becoming a Realtor®, my entire career was rooted in real estate related services. For over 30 years, I specialized in technology systems for a fortune 500 company that helped various real estate platforms communicate seamlessly with one another, especially at the county recording level.
My background gives my clients a unique advantage when navigating contracts, escrow, title, disclosures, and the many details involved in buying or selling a home. Today, I combine that experience with my passion for helping people make confident real estate decisions with less stress and more clarity.
